WONDERFUL VILLA

The villa is organized into a main complex spread over two levels and an external dependance located near the pool.
The main entrance provides access to the first wing of the house, where we find:

1 Master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom equipped with a whirlpool tub, walk-in shower, toilet, bidet, and sink, walk-in closet, minibar, and TV;
1 bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, and TV;
1 double bedroom with wardrobe and TV;
1 bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, and sink.
Through an internal wooden staircase, we access the second wing of the villa, which offers:

1 double bedroom with wardrobe and TV;
1 double bedroom with wardrobe and TV;
1 full bathroom shared between the two double bedrooms.
Via a corridor, you can reach a space ideal for work, equipped with a desk, office chair, and various furnishings (armchairs and tables);

1 double bedroom (at the end of the corridor) with wardrobe, private bathroom, and TV.
All bedrooms in Wing 2 overlook the terrace with a view of the pool.

The same staircase provides access to the lower floor of the villa, where we find:

A spacious and bright living area furnished with coffee tables, a sofa, fireplace, and bookshelf;
From the living area, access to the internal kitchen, equipped with all appliances, a smart TV cinema room, a gym, and a SPA (featuring a Turkish bath, whirlpool pool, sauna, and emotional shower);
In this space, there are 2 full bathrooms and a laundry area with washing machine and dryer.

External access from the living area is possible through two large French doors opening onto the outdoor kitchen.

Outside, the villa offers:

An independent dependance with:
1 double bedroom;
1 twin bedroom with bunk beds;
Full bathroom;
Small kitchen;
An outdoor pool measuring 13 x 6 meters with sun loungers, 2 outdoor showers, covered veranda with bar area equipped with a fridge, ice machine, sink, and private shower;
Additionally, there is a heated Jacuzzi pool for 4 people and a beach volleyball court.
Near the entrance, there is a game room and pet area.

The game room includes a billiard table, ping pong table, pinball machine, foosball, and video games.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned, and the entire property is covered by WIFI connection.
