The ideal guest for our property is someone who wants to experience a unique and authentic stay in a location of absolute prestige and luxury, without sacrificing comfort.

Inside the property, there are two double bedrooms, one of which has a fold-away bed, a full bathroom, and a kitchen with a spacious and bright living area featuring a dining table and chairs overlooking the majestic private garden.

All rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

Within the property, there is also a service bathroom with a washing machine, useful for long stays.

The highlight of this villa is its large and well-maintained outdoor spaces.
Externally, there is a swimming pool for the exclusive use of our guests (not shared with others), equipped with an innovative cover system that allows, during the low season, to cover and use the pool.

The garden is enriched by a vegetable garden maintained by our trusted gardener, from which you can harvest produce for free.

On the side area, we have set up an outdoor dining space with a pizza oven and stations where you can organize cooking classes.

The outdoor area is under video surveillance for safety reasons; however, upon request, it is possible to ask for the surveillance to be deactivated.

The entire property is fenced, but pets are not allowed.
